What is a Micro-Patisserie?
Micro-Patisseries or Micro-Bakeries seem to be more common across the UK and Europe than they are here in America, but I love the concept and thought it would be a fun way to jumpstart my career in the food industry.
Basically Micro-Patisseries are small, niche bakeries–less concerned with pumping out mass quantities of product and more concerned with producing really good, quality, artisan food on a small scale.
Why a Micro-Patisserie?
I LOVE to be creative–and a micro-patisserie definitely allows for me to change things up, experiment and be a little bit more free 😊 I always say, I can’t paint–but I can cook/bake. This is my art–and I want to share it with you! 🎂
I do my best to use the highest quality of ingredients for my pastries/baked goods. Whenever possible, I use organic and/or non GMO products and try to source locally. Nearly all my flavorings are natural and everything is homemade–I don’t cut corners. I firmly believe that the ingredients I use help to create a superior product.
Everything that I post for sale is created and made by me. There is no staff and no machines to churn out products ,therefore each treat is completely unique. Every order is made with a lot of love, and my standards are HIGH. I will never sell something that I wouldn’t buy myself.
How Does This All Work?
I offer custom orders [see FAQ] but really love to keep things a little bit mysterious. Because my flavors change all the time, I don’t publish a set list and you never know what may pop up!

Currently I post on Social Media (FB and Instagram) when I have items available and create a list of those who are interested. Once I know exactly what I have available I send out a mass message detailing flavors, prices and quantities.
And then it’s “first come-first serve.” Whoever claims the items first (I go by timestamp), gets the goodies!
Pickup is local to Rochester, MN. Delivery can be worked out for a minimal fee [see FAQ] Drop off is FREE in Rochester if order totals over $25. If I’m out and about, I don’t mind meeting up in a convenient place at no extra charge 😊
I accept VENMO or Cash. Large orders may require a deposit (but we’ll talk about that if necessary 😉 )
How Can I Get On This List?!
I’m working to simplify this process, but currently I will post on social media and ask anyone that is interested to send me a direct message. I will reply and send the mass message on whatever platform they contact me on.

My items go pretty fast [especially the macarons!] and usually there are many more people on my list than the number of items I have available.
